Villa La Bosque

All the charm of  a Bastide Aixoise style villa an acre of Mediterranean garden, bordered by a pine woodland, and 15 minutes walk to the village of Venelles.

The swimming pool area is completely private with a covered terrace and an absolute sun-trap. But there is the villa's shaded terrace for those who wish to stay out from the sun. You can also relax in a hammock under the cool shade of the oak trees .

 

THE HOUSE

On the ground floor, like in a Bastide, you have three big French windows opening onto a shaded terrace where you can have all your meals. The living/dining  room with nice sofa is a cool place to hide from the heat during the hottest hours.

On the top floor, a hall, leads you to the 5 bed rooms , the 2  bath rooms (one with shower, one with bath tub).

On the ground floor, you also have a big fully equipped kitchen where you can seat 8, with a separate laundry room. The last bed room is also on ground floor with a direct access to the garden. A small and comfortable study can be a cosy reading room. The whole house is 220 m²

THE GARDEN

 

The garden (4800m2), is half grass for laying out or playing, half wooden for cool shade (oak trees, mediterranean oak tree and pine) .

On the south side of the house is the swimming pool (5m x 10m) surrounded by paved terrace with sun-loungers, with also a small pool house and shower.

-          40% deposit upon booking and the rest 4 weeks before arrival date.

-          Returnable Breakages Deposit : € 1700 cheque

-          Bed linen and towels are included

-          Electricity and water are included in rental price.
