This old house was built on the site of a 14th century renaissance castle owned by Marguerite de Navarre, the sister of Francois I. There are still many 14th century architectural details to be admired, although the 17th century dominates. The property consists of a main house and a maison d' amis.

There are paved and grassy areas for sitting and playing between the mature trees and Mediterranean bushes and flowers. From the garden you enter the sitting room of the maison d'amis. With doors leading from this patio into the kitchen, eating outside is easy. The kichen (25m²) is fully equipped and light and airy, with a dining area at one end and a laundry room (7m²) equipped with washing machine and dryer at the other. From the dining area there are doors out to the garden and the shady patio courtyard, also an opening into the sitting room. At the other end of which is a door which leads into the entrance lobby and the front door.Out the front door, and there is a mainly graveled forecourt (80m²), with room to park two cars comfortably and securely.
