THE GARDEN

On the south side of the house, 10m from the covered terrace, is the swimming pool (9x4.5m). It has a stone paved terrace with sun-loungers. Views across the propertie's 4000m2 of flowery dry grassland and Mediterranean oak woodland and the Provencal plain beyond. The pool area is very private. There is also a ping pong table.

The house is just 5 minutes drive from the picturesque village of Bedoin and is close to Carpentras and only half an hour's drive from Avignon and other famous Provence sites.

There is also a good restaurant within walking distanceof the villa ; just 300m from the house.
